Our approach is very clear, to make things simpler and cut through complexities that intimidate clients. Financial Markets are often perceived as a convoluted space that is difficult to understand. Vikas Gupta is the Managing Director of SKG. A true visionary, he founded SKG in 2005 and has led the company through various phases and developed a fledgeling broking firm into an Asset Management and Investment Banking company. Under his leadership SKG is now a full service financial firm with offices in Delhi and Dubai, providing Investments, Lending and Trading services.
A well-known figure in the SME- IPO circuit, Vikas has pioneered several SMEs through their successful journey in the capital markets. A firm believer in the India growth story, he has developed an aptitude for scouting and unlocking value in promising companies via the IPO route. Vikas is often consulted by Board of Directors of listed companies to assist them in complex transactions and navigate through stock market complexities.
His prime role is to develop strategies that drive growth and profitability at SKG while ensuring that the company is relevant in the ever changing financial services landscape. In his spare time Vikas likes to unwind with a game of Snooker.
Abhishek holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and boasts over 18 years of experience in the capital market. He commenced his career with esteemed broking houses before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2009. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in advancing the field of capital markets, offering invaluable counsel to numerous corporations on strategic and financial matters, particularly in fund raising and corporate action transactions.
His extensive network spans across India, fostering strong relationships with various institutional funds, UHNIs and corporate entities nationwide.
Luv Gupta currently serves as the Director or SKG, he is the head of SKG Derivates and Trading Desk. Luv founded Equity First, a unique platform that provides capital and infrastructure to research analysts to deploy their strategies in the capital markets. Luv leads an in house team that designs strategies and executes them with precision on NSE/BSE. He ensures that the trading desk operates efficiently and profitably while adhering to firm’s risk management policies and regulatory requirements. He is steering Equity First to become India’s leading Quantative and Algorithmic trading firm.
Luv is also heading SKG’s non-profit organisation – GANA; engaged in undertaking welfare projects for Rural and Social development of the country. Under his stewardship, GANA has worked closely with the Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Water Resources, NSDC, Ministry of Social Justice and the Ministry or Tribal Affairs. Luv is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University and is currently pursuing CFA. He is a published writer in various travel magazines and loves playing golf on the weekends.
Kush Gupta currently serves as Director of SKG, he is the principal Investment Manager of the company. A SEBI registered Fund Manager, Kush launched the SKG India Small & Midcap fund to create opportunities for our clients in capital markets. He adheres to a disciplined approach and process to fully understand his clients’ goals and then provide the best financial and investment counsel.He has over 17 years of experience in Financial Markets, Financial Planning, Need Analysis and Suitability profiling; with command over investment products from various Asset Classes. His extensive investment experience in provides him with a unique perspective to ask the right questions and provide high conviction investment insights. Under his command, SKG was awarded as the most promising Wealth Management Consultant in 2020.
Kush holds an Honors degree in Commerce from Delhi University & A Diploma in Strategic Business Management from Kings College, London. He is currently pursuing CFP (Certified Financial Planner) from Financial Planning Standards Board India. A sports enthusiast, he is passionate about football and loves playing Golf.
Akhilesh is highly qualified individual with a B. Tech from Roorkee followed by MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. His academic accolades is only matched by his 11 years of industry experience across Portfolio Management, Research, Investments and Private equity.
Akhilesh has worked with Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Marka Holdings, Synergy Capital and the Emirates group in his prior stints. A passionate individual who believes capturing the potential tapped in the SME sector, he is extremely sharp in analysing economic trends and mapping growth charts for companies. Akhilesh is part of the Investment Management Team for the SKG India Small & Midcap Fund and plays an important role in deal sourcing as well. A cricket fan, In his spare time he winds down by watching a game of cricket or reading a book.
Mr. Himadrish Suwan, recently listed among the 100 Most Influential Indians is a globally renowned and award-winning institution builder and a leader whose words and work in the field of public service are inspiring a generation. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India - One of India's most influential institutions for young people appreciated at the highest levels of the Indian government, including the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. He has received various awards including the ‘Global Young Achievers Award’ constituted by IAEWP.
In his association with SKG, Mr. Suwan is our face for international clients and fund houses looking for representation in India. He is driving our global business development efforts with his extensive network in Dubai, UK and the US.
Ashwath is the younger son of Late Mr. Arun Kapur (Promoter of Atlas Cycles Haryana Limited). Scion of the Kapur family, he is also a promoter of Atlas Cycles and a JV partner in SKG. As a director at Investments2go he has 15 years of experience in Real Estate and financial markets, he has a strong understanding of investment dynamics. Being part of Atlas Group, he also understands the complexities of high net worth business families, his own experience plays a pivotal role in being a sound advisor to our HNI clients.
Ashwath K Kapur has a formidable reputation in philanthropy through his family trusts, He is a trustee on Dewan Harnam Das Saraswati Devi Trust , Jankidas Kapur Public School , Jankidas Kapur Memorial Hospital and Dewan Harnam Das Saraswati Devi Trust. His contribution to the society has earned him accolades amongst the most respectable business families.
Jyothi is a leading partner of our Non-Profit division - GANA, she holds a degree of Masters in Social Welfare and has Executed more than 50 welfare projects since 2005 to till now. A vetran in Skill Development field, she has successfully accomplished trainings for more than 1 Lac under educated people and placement for over 35000 people by Various Ministries in multiple sectors. She has executed PWD skill developments Projects ,Placements and Medical Camps association With AYINJAHH for over 6000+ people.
Jyothi was appreciated by President of India Shri. APJ Abdul Kalam for her participation in Skill up gradation and employment program by RAJIV UDYOG SREE MISSON in 2008-2009. Over the years she has been widely recognised by NSDC, Ministry of Skill Development and the Ministry if Labour and employment for doing PWD projects. Jyothi drives our philanthropic with passion that is only matched by her on ground experience of executing sensitive projects.
Meghna head the Marketing & PR department in SKG. She joined in 2022, prior to SKG she has had a 18 year long stint in various MNCs such has KPMG, Wynn International, HT Media and VLCC. Meghna brings a lot of experience having worked in Singapore and Malaysia for several years. She is responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. She ensures consistent messaging across all channels and campaigns while keeping our firm’s vision relevant in an everchanging financial landscape.
She graduated in Economic (Honors) from Delhi University, followed by an MBA from National University of Singapore and an exchange program from HEC, Paris. Meghna actively participates in social causes, she is passionate about providing a better standard of living to orphans. She also heads CSR initiatives in our firms’ charitable trust – KCPT.
A mother of two, she maintains work-life balance and in her free time (if any) she takes yoga classes and hits the gym.
Sachin has been with SKG since 2020, he is currently heading our NBFC business in Agrim Fincap Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of SKG). Agrim is a digital lending platform that leverages technology to transform the lending experience – delivering fast and seamless credit to its customer. Sachin has built this vertical from scratch and looking after its daily operations. Heading a team of over 120, Sachin is effortlessly navigating and growing the lending business in a very competitive environment.
He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and has a diverse work experience of over 15 years. Sachin’s enthusiasm can be seen on and off the pitch. He engages very well with the entire team and is often credited with creating a fun office environment. In his free time, he loves watching cricket and Bollywood movies.
Vivek is SKG’s compliance officer. He has over 30 years of experience with financial structures and industry-specific guidelines. SKG prides itself in being fiduciary responsible as per the expectations of our various regulatory stakeholders. In his role, Vivek oversees all compliance and regulatory overview of firm activities, policies and procedures. He ensures our different verticals of Broking, Wealth, NBFC and Asset Management adhere to the current environment.
Anup joined SKG in 2005, he is part of the first team that came together at the inception of the company. Anup has been instrumental in streamlining our operations across Broking, DP Services, Accounts and Book Keeping. He ensures client portfolios reflect accurate investment activity, holdings, asset pricing and relevant account-specific information. He is also responsible for the procedures and applications used downstream, as well as the system/process improvement goals and objectives for the Investment Operations function.
Harish handles Equity Research at SKG, specializing in detailed industry studies, competitive landscape assessments and comprehensive company analysis. He is highly skilled in forecasting, breaking down complex financial data, building clear valuation models and generating actionable investment insights. He holds a B.Com and M.Com from the University of Delhi, has cleared CFA Level I and also holds NISM Research Analyst and Merchant Banking certifications. Harish enjoys reading economic history, exploring architecture & visiting new cafes. He lives in Delhi and speaks English and Hindi.
Arpit Maurya is the Head of Compliance & Operations at SKG Investment Trust, leading end-to-end operational and regulatory processes for Alternative Investment Funds. He brings over two years of experience in fund compliance, administration, investor servicing, and SEBI reporting. Arpit has managed capital calls, distributions, audit coordination, and investor onboarding across multiple AIFs, working closely with fund managers, custodians, and service providers.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and is committed to operational excellence. Outside work, Arpit enjoys football and swimming, which strengthen his teamwork and discipline.
Renuka joined SKG in 2009, over the years her role with SKG has evolved from her original title of ‘Accounts Manager’. She pitches in on the operations side, helps with paperwork on new accounts, and helps keep our office administration in super shape. Whether coordinating new account openings, initiating distribution requests, or keeping client records current, her commitment to great communications and respect for her clients and colleagues stands out. She ensures that all legal, procedural, and client-specific needs are swiftly and accurately met.
