SKG opens its doors for business on 12th February 2005, offering Equity & Real Estate Broking services.

2007

Creating New Verticals
Expansion into commodities broking and Mutual Funds distribution

2010

Increased Capabilities
SKG sets up a family office for Real Estate & Equity financing, deploying their own funds along with that of their business partners.

Transitions
Merging Advisory and Broking under one umbrella, the firm establishes a Wealth Management Desk

2015

Betting on India
Confident on the India growth story, SKG starts a value investment fund to finance and invest in Small & Medium Enterprises (SME)

2017

Merchant Banking
With corporate partners (SRE & Khambatta Securities) SKG starts providing end-to-end IPO listing services for SMEs. Within 18 months, SKG becomes a part of 13 IPOs raising over 300 crores.

2018

Going Global
SKG sets up an office in Dubai and UK to provide Financial services to NRIs and Foreign portfolio Investors.

Development Sector
To ensure we are positively impacting the society around us, we partnered with a decade old NGO – GANA Development Society as their prime advisor. With management level participation, SKG is now effectively involved in various social and economic projects that improve daily lives of those in need.

Digital Lending
With a vision of becoming a full circle financial services company, We established a Digital Lending platform through our NBFC. Enabling B2B services to companies looking to enter into digital loans, In the 1st six moths, we processed over 2 lacs small ticket loans for our partners.
